The meeting vault
Where past meetings live, who can see them, and how to get them out.
Every captured meeting is kept in the Vault — a searchable archive of recordings, transcripts and summaries. Search by title, participant or words spoken.
Sharing

| Everyone | Everyone in your organization. |
Noot scope falls back to Private if the meeting isn't attached to a project, so it can never mean nothing. Teammates in your organization who took part are added automatically; guests and people outside your organization never are.
Getting it out
- Export to Notion, Google Docs or Confluence, or download a file.
- Translate the summary and transcript into another language.
Note
Deleting a meeting sends it to the recoverable bin before it's purged on schedule, so an accidental delete isn't instantly permanent.
