The Org settings area
Every org-wide control, and who can reach each one.
/app/administration is where everything that affects the whole workspace lives. It's grouped into five areas, and you only see the sections your role allows — the rest aren't greyed out, they're absent.
Organization
- Organization — name, identity, workspace URL, default member role, default Noot visibility.
- Members — the directory, invitations and role changes.
- Roles & Teams — roles, custom roles and team membership.
- Structure — divisions, and which teams sit in them. Extensions and preset teams can be scoped to a division, so this is the backbone of who gets what.
Extensions
- Extensions — install, enable, disable, configure, scope and uninstall. See Installing & managing extensions.
- Marketplace — everything you can add: extensions, templates, integrations and AI teammates.
- Extensions that bring their own admin screen appear here too — SLA policies, Shift patterns, the Compliance log and so on.
Workspace
- AI & Meetings — how AI behaves across the workspace, and meeting defaults.
- Work Schedule — the organization's working hours, which drive availability and scheduling.
- Time Off — the policy, including whether a reason is required.
- Customization — workspace-wide preferences such as weekends and exports.
- Login Message — a message shown once, as a modal, the next time people sign in.
Plans & Usage
- Billing — plan, seats, invoices and payment. See Plans & billing.
- Usage & Limits — what you're using against what your plan allows.
- API & Webhooks — API tokens and outgoing webhooks (Business and above).
Advanced
- Security & SSO — sign-in policy, two-factor enforcement, SSO, IP allowlist.
- Data & Compliance — retention and data-usage consent.
- Trash — the recoverable bin for deleted Noots, tasks and meetings, with Empty bin.
Autopilot is not here
There is no org-level Autopilot section, deliberately. Autopilot is configured on each Noot — see Autopilot — setting it up.
