Find your way around faster
Search, views, tabs and small habits that add up.
A few interface habits make everything quicker to reach.
- Search is everywhere — jump to a project, task, message or meeting instead of clicking through menus.
- Add only the tabs you need — a Noot with fifteen tabs is harder to use than one with seven. Removing a tab keeps its data.
- Use the Backlog as a weekly ritual: everything in it needs one decision, and the buttons are on the row.
- Star what you're on — starred work pins to the top of every ordering, including manual.
- Customize your home — pick the layout and hide widgets you don't use from the Customize menu.
- Replay the tour any time from Settings → Help.
Tip
The home screen's command centre links go where you'd expect: a project card opens that project, a meeting opens that meeting, and an assigned task opens the task itself, not just its board.
