Appearance — themes, fonts & accent

Five palettes, per-mode memory, the interface font and the accent colour.

Settings → Appearance is per-person. Changing yours never affects a teammate.

The palettes

PaletteLight or darkWhat it is
LightLightThe default soft grey workspace with white cards.
DarkDarkGreen-tinted charcoal — the default in-app theme.
MidnightDarkA deeper, near-black blue for low-light work.
High contrastLightMaximum legibility: pure white surfaces, black text, strong borders.
Warm sandLightA softer, paper-like palette that's easier on the eyes.

There's also Match system, which follows your operating system's light or dark setting.

Each mode remembers its own palette

The sun/moon toggle only says which *mode* to go into. If you're on Midnight and switch to light and back, you land on Midnight again — not plain dark. The same is true of Warm sand and High contrast.

Font and accent

  • Interface font — Default (Hanken Grotesk), Rounded, Monospace or System.
  • Accent colour — Emerald, Violet, Sky, Coral, Amber or Lime. On the Team plan and above.
Note

Marketing and help pages are always shown in the light brand look, whatever palette you use in the app. Your app appearance is restored the moment you come back to it.

Language

The interface is available in ten languages, set in Settings → Profile. The whole app switches when you change it.
