One workspace. Every meeting. Zero status decks.

Your projects, run from the meetings you already have.

Noots records the call, updates the board itself, and hands the plan to an AI project manager whose leash you set.

Free for 3 projects and 3 people. No card.

What it actually does

Three things, and it does all three without being asked twice.

Everything else on this page is a consequence of these. Pick a tab — each one is a screen the product really ships.

Headline feature 01

From meetings to board, instantly.

Send the Noot bot into the call, or capture from your own browser if your team will not have a bot in the room. Either way the project updates itself.

  • Speaker-labelled transcript with timestamps and talk share
  • Decisions, action items, risks and topics pulled out by name
  • Tasks land on the right board, dated, assigned and linked back to the minute they came from
  • Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex — or no bot at all

Made for your industry

It arrives already knowing how your trade works.

Pick what you do when you create the workspace. The projects, the tabs on every board, and the tools that come switched on are different for a service desk than for a site office — not a different colour scheme, a different shape.

One workspace, one bill

Six subscriptions, one login.

Every row below is a tool a team of forty is usually paying for separately, and a surface Noots ships. Keep the ones you love — everything here also imports from them.

And the role nobody wants to fund

A project manager's week, without the week.

  • Breaking a brief into phases, tasks and checklists
  • Working out who has room for it, across every project they are on
  • Chasing the status update, and re-dating what slipped
  • Rippling the dates that depended on it, and telling those owners
  • Finding the person who can unblock it, and escalating to them
  • Writing the summary at the end of the week

Autopilot does all six on a schedule you set, at the level of autonomy you choose, and every change it makes can be undone one at a time. It is on the Business plan.

For the people who sign things

The whole company, in one glance.

Because every meeting is captured and every board is live, leadership gets a real window instead of a reporting ritual.

  • No status decks — the status is the board
  • No sitting in on calls to know what was decided
  • No waiting until Friday for the write-up

Everyone sees only what they are allowed to see. A private project stays out of every roll-up, including this one.

Security

Secure, encrypted, and honest about the rest.

The controls below are built and running today. The panel underneath is everything we are not going to claim.

Encrypted in transit, and credentials sealed at rest

TLS on every connection, and every third-party credential we hold is stored under an AES-256-GCM envelope.

SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning

Bring your own identity provider; joiners and leavers sync automatically.

Role-based access, enforced in SQL

Private projects are filtered in the query, not hidden in the interface.

Audit log and IP allowlisting

Every administrative action is recorded; access can be pinned to your network.

What we don't claim

  • No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or FedRAMP attestation. We hold none of them and will not imply otherwise.
  • No published uptime SLA.
  • AI features that read what you typed are opt-in, and off until you turn them on.
  • Meeting transcription sends audio to a third-party speech provider. It is named in our security page.
